With over 15 years of experience guiding clients through complex financial disputes, restructurings, and bankruptcy proceedings, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to his practice.  Over the course of his career, Mike has been a finance and restructuring partner at a large law firm, in-house counsel to a hedge fund, manager of a portfolio of distressed corporate trust transactions for a national bank and served as a prosecutor.
